About us

Communication Worx is a limited company, registered in England & Wales in the UK. It's run by an accomplished communications professional and qualified coach with an international business background, supported by a network of trusted associates from public, private and third sectors.

Our belief is that everyone has a voice, irrespective of their personal and/or professional circumstances. And that voice is most impactful, most compelling, most effective when it's true to you, your vision, strategy and/or cause.

Our work is all about helping people, non-profit organizations and businesses find that authentic voice, enabling it to 'speak' credibly, with strength and conviction, achieving better outcomes.

We've worked with leaders of some of the world's largest blue chip institutions, entrepreneurs beginning their commercial journey, charities and a great deal in between. The fundamentals of good communication apply equally, our passion for it does too.

Confidentiality, Privacy

We offer complete confidentiality in all we do. We're used to working with market and/or industry sensitive information. We regularly sign non-disclosure agreements and/or memoranda of understanding.

We keep documentation to a minimum. We hold information provided to us or by us on encrypted cloud-based systems. We retain it only for as long as we need to (e.g. for accounting purposes) and we dispose of information securely when that time has passed.

We don't use information provided to us for reasons other than that for which it was intended. If we need or want to use information and/or data that pertains to our clients, we'll always ask permission before we do so, and abide by the response we get.

In the unlikely event we're legally obliged to provide information to authorities, we'll do that. Naturally, we expect the same level of care from our clients.

We adhere to GDPR and we're registered with the ICO in the UK.
